Blueberry Coconut Energy Balls Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Fage Greek Yogurt (or any yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour (can substitute w/ any flour)
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup mashed blueberries
  • 1 scoop Quest Vanilla Protein – Powder (sold in IPA store)
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup

Directions:
Stir everything together, roll into balls, and store in freezer or fridge! For some added texture, roll in coconut flakes!
