**Superset your deadlift with a forward sled drag, heavy. Perform deadlifts at a heavy set of 8 for the day, consistent over the 4 sets. Record DL weight.
20 KBS (Russian, heavy)
10/10 Bulgarian Split Squats
10/10 Lateral Squats (if weighted, hold in goblet position)
Record weight of KBS. Take about 20 minutes so you can work some heavier lifts
